I provide house sitting services for auction houses to earn extra money, and so far I have sat in on two properties. My job is to open the house and make sure it's ready for presentation to Open Houses and Auctions. The first house I did was in a bad neighborhood. I opened the locked box and accessed the house and spent 4 hours in a cold house with no heat.
