Inventory levels are low across all New Jersey markets and price points I service. This is working to the favor of sellers and challenging buyers. As in other parts of the country, multiple offers are not uncommon on well priced homes that present themselves well. All of my 2018 listings are sold and closed or pending. I've got buyers who are eagerly watching for new inventory, just as I am to help them find a home. With ready buyers, and all of my listings sold, I am looking for homes to sell!!
