Maine's newest resort cottage community, Seaglass Village in Wells, is breaking ground on 4-Season Cotttages. There will be 29 4-Season cotages in all, compared with over 100 3-season already built or planned. The 4-season units will be in 3 styles, with prices ranging from $179,900 to $199,900. All the unit designs are of 4 room with 2 bedrooms.
