Rhinebeck NY real estate home sales during October 2018 for single-family detached revealed eight homes sold, this was two more than in October 2017. These homes had sale price to list price of ninety-five percent and ranged in price from $232,000 to $700,000.
The average sale price was $ 443,500, this was higher than the average sale price of $350,583 last October. This October the median price was $470,000 which was an increase over October 2017 when the median was $328,500.

Ten homes were listed during the month, with price ranging from $150,000 - $1,995,000
Five homses received offers, these were priced between $199,000 - $ 1,500,000. 1 home price was increased and 2 saw reductions.

Rhinebeck home sales was up despite a snowy February. When compared to last February there were 4 more sales this year. That is a good sign, and should get even better as the Spring season begins. I say this, because many who would have been out looking for homes probably stayed home. Rhinebeck is a popular second home market, so home-buyers come from many places.
