Earlier this week, Forbes Magazine unveiled its list of the 10 best counties to raise a family. My area featured two of the counties listed, Chester and Montgomery. The main characteristics that contributed to their listing were: low cost of living, reasonably priced homes, short commute times and excellent schools.
