email: Crazy new scam involving Realtor email

From this story, it sounds like a hacker broke into a Realtor's email account, then used it to try and get the Realtor's buyer to wire $5,000 into the hacker's bank account.
I can't say if this story is really true, but I don't see why it couldn't happen!
