community relations: What does it take to survive this RE market in SW Florida

Being involved in your local community is very important when you have extra time on your hands. In this market we can sit idly by and wait for the market to turn or we can get involved in our Communities and our Associations. I have been involved for years with Kiwanis, Relay For Life and now on the Bonita Estero Association of Realtors (BEAR) Community Relations Committee as Chairperson. Nothing brings me more pleasure than to see those less fortunate provided with a special service or goods, like filling food pantries.
