Market Report Brentwood TN April 2014 Summary These numbers only pertain to Brentwood single-family homes in Williamson County. Since Brentwood is near the county line, some Brentwood homes reside in Davidson County. There is a marked decrease in number of homes sold year to year, but the average days on market has decreased by almost 20 days. These 2 items combined give credence to the low inventory we’ve been experiencing in Brentwood. Home prices have noticeably increased by about $60,000 in both the (1 comments)

Just because the holidays are right around the corner doesn’t mean you should put your home selling plans on hold. People move and need to buy homes year round. Many families choose to move when the kids are out of school, which means the summer months, but also during the break in December. Homes are selling relatively quickly in middle Tennessee and the inventory of homes on the market continues to be low. With fewer homes for sale we are in a seller’s market and you would be in a better negotiating position. (1 comments)
Less homes sold this year than last and it took slightly longer but prices were almost $100k higher and sellers were able to get closer to their asking price. The home with the lowest sale ($124,000) in October 2012 is located in Cloverland. It was a foreclosure. This neighborhood is located just inside Davidson County. The home with the highest sale ($1,510,000) in October 2012 is located in Governors Club. This is (2 comments)
