Things To Do in Cape Coral - Rotary Park Rotary Park Environmental Center is just one of the wonderful parks in the large collection of recreation choices in Cape Coral. There is so much to do here and it is really worth the time to visit. It is located at the southern tip of the cape near the end of Pelican Blvd at 5505 Rose Garden Road. Rotary Park opened in 2001 and consists of 97 acres of mostly salt marsh but there are 9 acres of usable land for people and pets alike to enjoy.
