On January 3, 2007 Clayton's housing market had 54 active properties on the MLS with 9 pending. The comparison with today's number is very close with 55 active properties and 11 pending. The following chart shows the comparisons for Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Clayton, Pittsburg and Antioch. The only other city here that is similar in numbers compared to last year is Martinez with 169 active properties today and 27 pending. … (2 comments)
