A great place to eat in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita is Tapas & Beer.  
 
The food is super yummy, there's always a nice selection of cold beer and the service is great.  
 
The funny thing is that the place looks like your favorite neighborhood dive bar and that's part of what makes it awesome.  
 
All of that plus the cool, comfortable vibe makes it a "go to" spot for us.
