Fall is right around the corner. With September 22 (this coming Monday) being the official first day of Fall - people are seeming to have mixed emotions around Utah. Some people are hanging on to summer, they're not ready for it to end. Others (I'm guessing the snow sport lovers) are getting excited to start their winter sports. I'm sort of in the middle - Fall is my absolute FAVORITE time of year. Fall symbolizes a time of change - it brings with it the start of family holidays, people, cooking, baking and giving.
