The Portland Regional MLS recently posted the MARKET ACTION report for JUNE, 2009. The summary of that RMLS report says the available MONTHS OF INVENTORY for Lane County dropped to 6.8 months. The MONTHS OF INVENTORY ratio is computed by dividing the number of active listings at the end of the report month by the number of closed sales recorded during that calendar month. For areas with no closed sales during the month, the ratio is shown as infinity. Unmentioned in the RMLS MARKET ACTION summary is the fact the report's aggregate numbers do not include the coastal portion of (3 comments)
