It's been two years this week.It's been just over 1000 posts - most of which have been local market data...for the 19 MLS areas here in Lane County, Oregon.It's been a lot of comments given and received.It's been a lot of fun.It's been a lot of learning.

I was called today by reps from PREVISITE, a company selling a special camera with a "no distortion" fish eye lens that connects you to several real estate listing syndication sites.
They are selling unlimited visual tours and the camera (yours to keep).
Buyers can span up or down on each visual tour photo as well as from side to side. 
 
I'm sincerely interested in member comments and I'm making this meagar post members only.
Please help me out here with YOUR knowledge/comments on this vender.

$8000 The Washington Post reports the $8000 tax credit for First-Time Home Buyers helped an otherwise sagging market for home sales in 2009.  But sales have decreased by 23 per cent since that tax credit's original expiration date in November.
