fha: RE mkt improving, FHA rules not helping, placing burden on borrowers

Even though the real estate market is improving in several ways, the added FHA costs to borrowers is not condusive in continuing the improvement. Borrowers, which in nature requires FHA assistance to purchase a home, are being penalized yet again. THIS IS WHERE I BITE MY TONGUE AND STAY OFF MY SOAP BOX.
