Here in South Scottsdale and the rest of Maricopa county we get desert dust storms, called Haboobs, during the monsoon season. This past week had a couple of interesting movements in the Maricopa County real estate market trend take place. This past week the number of new listings (homes for sale) plunged over 5% to approx 2,360, this is significant because it means we are having a reduction in new inventory.
