It is imperative that Realtors use today's technology tools to help manage their business. Think about what tools your Realtor uses in their professional trade. Are they upgrading their tools or still hanging onto their original equipment like they are their "professional" personal photo from their high school prom on their business card? Just having the right tools will not make you a great Realtor any more than having the best tools will make you a great carpenter or mechanic. However is your agent still using a Juno or AOL email address? If so, their laptop may look like this:

When I was getting re-certified to teach the National Association of Realtor's Accredited Buyer Representation Course (ABR), I was surprised to learn that there were 4 times the amount of real estate leads sold in 2014 than there were closings! Some lead generation companies have even told me directly that I can offset my costs of doing business with them by reselling the leads to other websites. (if you actually read the Terms of Service agreements on the websites, that practice is usually prohibited). A few years ago I came up with an exciting new approach to converting open house visitors to clients. I am a pretty laid back Realtor since I have been in the business for 23 years and my past clients and referrals keep me fairly busy. However, I still do open houses to placate my sellers even though I admit that NAR statistics show less than 5% of the sales are the result of an open house. Typically, the people that visit my open houses do not have a Realtor yet or else their Realtor would have already shown the house (5 comments)

As Realtors, we need to be on the bleeding edge to understand new technologies and changes in our environment. One supposidly new change is the re-emergence of Swine Flu. I knew I had heard of this years ago, so I went to and found the history for you.
It appears that this was only one of many works which were actually a collaboration created by several cult style members of a group co founded by Roger Waters and Syd Barrett in England in 1965.
