I just received an email from Fannie Mae stating they are now offering up to 3.5 in closing cost assistance for HomePath® properties beginning April 11 through June 30, 2011. Buyers must be owner occupants and the home must close on or before June 30th, 2011. I know in 2011, they also offered incentive to Realtors to sell these homes, but that incentive has not resurfaced yet. I have always been intrigued by the creation vs. evolution theories that are out there. It doesn't matter at this point how we got here, but if we don't want to go the way of the dinosaurs, we better think about how we might want to "evolve" our business models. For example, when I attended Boise State University in the early 1980's to get a degree in Marketing, Google didn't even exist. The God(s) had not yet created it. PS I was surprised that when reading my statistics on AR that it had a comment about "under 50 words" so apparently I didn't get full blogging points for this. I am relatively new on AR and keep trying to think of ways to improve. I have used many ideas I have seen on fellow member sites and am always going to keep tweaking and getting better until I can be the featured agent in my area (Boise, Idaho). One thing I just tried that I have not seen yet is putting my company website in my profile. I know the link will still go to my AR site, but my hope is that the search engines will pick up my domain and help with it's ranking. Even if it doesn't … (12 comments)
