I have been a licensed Realtor in Idaho for over 30 years. You would think I would love the market being this strong, but I despise it but to all the multiple offers and bidding wars making it frustrating for the buyers I represent. Therefore, I have adapted my marketing philosophy yet again and getting my clients exactly what they want where they want without the hassle of bidding wars and competing and loosing out to buyers with all cash offers. I am taking a totally different approach to selling homes in Idaho this year. I have represented seven developers and closed brand new homes built by 68 different builders in my 30+ years as a licensed Realtor in Idaho. I will take that knowledge a new direction in 2022 to help my buyer's avoid the frustration of the bidding wars and losing out to cash buyers.
