perception: Lesson in perception - skiing in Iran?

In real estate, I often see my clients jumping to conclusions. Their perception is their reality. As we start to reach 100 degrees here in Boise, Idaho, my mind starts to wander to far off places . . . how about snow skiing in Iran . . . I don't like it when people typically jump to conclusions before they have the facts. For example, when you think of skiing in Iran do you conjure up images of sand skiing or deep powder on top of one of the 40th highest ski resorts in the world reaching up to 11,800 feet?
