real estate technology: Using the best tools to help people buy/sell real estate! - 06/28/18 12:50 PM
It is imperative that Realtors use today's technology tools to help manage their business.  Think about what tools your Realtor uses in their professional trade.  Are they upgrading their tools or still hanging onto their original equipment like they are their "professional" personal photo from their high school prom on their business card?
Just having the right tools will not make you a great Realtor any more than having the best tools will make you a great carpenter or mechanic.  However is your agent still using a Juno or AOL email address?  If so, their laptop may look like this:

real estate technology: HP Touchpad is the first major casualty of the 2011 Pad Wars - 08/22/11 02:18 AM
I have been a Tablet user two computer generations prior to the now popular iPad.  It has been great seeing competition heat up and bring down prices while increasing functionality.  In November 2010, PCworld had an article titled "Why your next PC will be a tablet" http://www.pcworld.com/article/211193-2/why_your_next_pc_will_be_a_tablet.html  That article points out many great functions of tablet's even though a lot has changed since that article.

After just barley getting the new bluetooth to infra red converter for my HTC EVO (Android phone) so I could access Supra Lockboxes with it, I was blessed with an IPad as a gift.  I knew that Supra had recently released the adapter for the Iphone so I was anxious to start using my Ipad in the field instead of my tablet PC since it powers on and off better and is much lighter to carry.
I checked Supra's website for instructions but the Ipad wasn't listed as an option!  AAARRRGGG!
Since I have never been one to wait around for … (11 comments)
