tax issues: Non-filers -- The IRS is looking for you

I represent taxpayers in Gainesville and the state of Florida who have tax issues with the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue. The IRS has stated that there are more than 7 million taxpayers who have failed to file tax returns and that they plan to setup their programs to identify and collect from these individuals. This is really bad news for people who fit into the category of willful failure to file a tax return. If this is you, you should be aware that you could be criminally prosecuted under Internal Revenue Code 7203. The IRS can make your life miserable, especially with a criminal investigation.
