If we as Realtors can not be positive about our markets, how can we expect consumers to be.  Now is a great time to invest in real estate.

As Realtors let's take control of our profession, let's speak positively about the coming market, not take listings that will not be priced correctly, promote the positives of our employment/growth in our area, weather, climate, and all that it offers past, present and future residents.

Anyone wish that all of us would turn off our televisions and radios, not read the newspapers, and just live our lives as positively as possible?  Save and spend as we wish, not according to advertisements.  Not swayed by false promises.
