2009 is starting off great in my market area, Riverview, Ruskin, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach & Sun City Florida. Over 206 homes have gone contract and 109 homes have closed since Jan 1, 2009. Mortgage rates are helping drive these sales as well as low home prices. Based on whats happening in January, I would say the rest of 2009 should be great. I'm Happy! … (5 comments)
