One of the challenges in the Richland Chambers Lake real estate market is limited inventory. The lake is turning out to be a wonderful place to live and most people who live on our lake simply don't want to move. There are plenty of places to build and to be quite honest building costs in our area are not prohibitive. This situation is giving rise to numerous builders building and wanting to build spec homes on Richland Chambers Lake.
