Austin Texas was named 7th in the nation by Newsweek in price appreciation for the 3rd QTR of 07. 4th quarter should be good as well. Here is to the 08' and an even better year. Austin has only gone up 28% or so in the last 5 years so we have a long way to go before a crash. Good luck to all
