GL Homes reached another milestone this past weekend. On July 10th, the Grand Opening of the Valencia Reserve Sales Center was held. Valencia Reserve has been open for sales since February 2009 and has sold approximately 330 homes. Previously homes were being sold out of the Valencia Pointe sales office. The new Valencia Reserve sales center features 10 beautiful models including the Sophia, Isabelle, Atlantic Grand, Indian, Gibraltar, Alexandra Grande, Lydia, Julia, Avila and Pamplona models. 6 additional floorplans are also being sold including the Victoria, Alexandra, Daniela, Seville, Pamplona Grand and Madrid models. It is hard to believe it until you see it. The TV and newspapers talk daily about doom and gloom in the Real Estate market. You can not open the newspaper without reading an article on short sales, foreclosures and our horrible economy. So why is it that it has been difficult to find a parking spot at the Valencia Pointe sales office for the past few months?
