For the longest time I have been mailing out those “pretty” note cards, flyers, and home valuation type marketing stuff that everyone does. I spent hours making it perfect in every way, only to not get any responses or very few at all. Not anymore! I learned the K-I-S-S (Keep It Simple Stupid) in marketing is even more important than ever. In fact if it looks like a 1st grader or kindergartner made it, the better. Why? Anything that looks like corporate junk mail is just that…junk. Here is what I am trying now: -shrink your marketing down
