I am excited to report that since my last communication I have been extremely busy, more so than I had imagined I would be. This is good, very good, and now, believe it or not, Spring is upon us and so are buyers looking to purchase homes. Unfortunately, there is not enough inventory of homes for these buyers to view. My advice to those of you who have been debating on whether or not you want to list your home, now is the perfect time. You will have home searchers at your door in no time ready to buy.
