We all have the perfect home in mind along with the perfect list that will be the ONLY one we will stick to when looking for that home. We list things such as; one floor only, must have a finished basement with walk out, updated kitchen, specific sizes of bedrooms, two car garage, etc. Then we are in full search mode, have looked at over 10 properties making sure our agent knows exactly what we want.
