I write this as much to remind myself as I do to advise others, but we are all aware that from time to time in this business you can end up in difficult situations. With all the websites available to consumers today, it's easy to research most any topic you choose. When it comes time to list a house on the market for sale, there are plenty of options out there for you to take a look at on line. Zillow is one of the more popular as is Realtor.com. However, there is still substitute to good old fashioned professional help. In the past two weeks I have received three phone calls from different investors who are now ready to begin looking for properties to buy. Two are searching for single family properties while the other is much more interested in multifamily units. Lately my entire office has been very busy and things are starting to gear up. All right, so the truth is that South Carolina is not that small of a community. We're no Texas, but we do have a little size to us. As for the rest of the title, in my opinion, it's absolutely true.
