humor: 10 Things Your Agent Might Not Want to Tell You - 11/16/11 06:10 AM
These days price and condition are more important than ever. Maybe dogs are flying off the shelf elsewhere in the world, but since the market has cooled in most of the country, you need to pay particular attention to the key factors that will enable you to successfully sell your house. That being said, most people do not like their personal tastes to be critiqued and that can cause a great deal of stress for your agent. Especially if your personal taste is horrible and hinders the sell of the property. And since your agent is a little too nervous to … (50 comments)

humor: 10 Things I Have Learned from Becoming a Father - 07/02/10 01:35 PM
10- There is nothing beautiful about the act of childbirth- Trust me, those of you who have seen this already know and those of you who do not believe me are not parents yet.
9- Many new born children really favor Danny Devito- They are short, fat, and nearly bald if not all the way bald. If you ask me, that's a lot like Danny Devito.
8- When you are already half asleep and exhausted, no one speaks your native tongue- They may be speaking English when they talk to me, but I have no idea what they are saying.
7- New born … (28 comments)

humor: Speechless Sunday - We've All Felt This Way - 12/06/09 12:53 PM

If you're having any trouble reading the writing on the wall, it says " they don't love me, they only know me when they need me." It was written on a wall by the sidewalk in Nassau while we were in the Bahamas and I thought it was well worth taking a quick picture of. I think we have all been there.

humor: New Weight Loss Routine(humor) - 06/18/09 08:24 AM
Heard this joke from a friend and thought I would share with the crowd.

A gentleman had been trying his best to lose weight but could not get motivated. He saw an ad that claimed you could lose weight guaranteed or your money back and thought he would give it a try. The first level was to lose 15 pounds. He called a signed up. The next day his doorbell rang and there was a cute blond standing at the door wearing nothing but a pair of running shoes. She said if you can catch me I'm yours. He chased … (12 comments)

humor: When Someone is a Jerk.....Do You Point it out to Them? - 02/03/08 08:40 AM
How often do you find yourself in a situation where you completely disagree with the jerk in front of you, but you bite your tongue. I must admit, that I don't find myself in that situation nearly as often as my wife would like for me to. I have the tendency to simply blurt out whatever is on my mind.
This has not always been the best practice, frankly sometimes I offend people. But frankly, I don't really care all that much either. The fact is that if someone is being rude, or really getting on the nerves of everyone around them, … (12 comments)

humor: I have the worst on duty luck!!!! - 01/02/08 01:10 AM
You know the agents before or after me on duty all have great things happen. This is no exaggeration, they all have good things happen. I on the other hand have not had a single walk in, call in, or fly in, in all the time I have spent on duty. However, it does give me ample time to focus on my client's needs, on my marketing, and find new creative ways to pass my time on duty. Here are few I have come up with.
* See if you can predict the next movie star to go to rehab.
* Call random … (1 comments)

humor: Frieghteningly True. - 12/30/07 01:37 AM
My wife tells me all the time that I am too sarcastic and I don not give people enough credit for who and what they are. Therefore I write this blog to give credit to special group of people who quite frankly affect us all in our everyday lives. These people are stupid people. The Darwin types, if you catch my drift.
This is in my opinion the largest growing number of individuals in the continental United States today. From that guy who refuses to let you merge onto the interstate, even though there is a perfectly clear lane to his left, … (6 comments)

humor: My wife has declared war!!!! - 12/27/07 01:11 AM
My wife has now learned that the vast majority of the men in my family are not known for their longevity in life. That is, they simply don't live to be very old people. Instead the Boney men seem to feel very comfortable checking out somewhere around fifty. Being that my in-laws are seventy-three years old, I now realize that fifty isn't very old and I am not supposed to be going through a mid-life crisis just yet.
So, in-case you're wondering about the whole war thing, well that's a war on mortality itself I do believe. After confirming from my family that … (3 comments)
