Do you want your home to get more showings? Make it inviting… Literally! Place a large pot of flowers on each side of the front door. Keep the grass trimmed and the yard free of clutter. Make sure those front windows sparkle. Does the trim need a new coat of paint? Find a few brightly color...

AND... Why didn't they do it sooner? It must be SPRING IN SPOKANE! The birds are singing, trees and grass are looking green. Best of all? The buyers have come out from their winter (plus) slumber!
