hard work: Complicated or Earning our Pay?

This week has been amazing. I have experienced increadible success, but with that success in these times comes extreme responsibility. This month I will close more transactions than most agents in my office will close all year. I know that is an extreme blessing. With that has come so many issues and problems. Because of my experience, the regular problems invoved in a transaction are normally avoided. I've learned from the past, and help my clients avoid pitfalls because of it.
