Well we are having another Indian summer at Deep Creek Lake today. I'm sitting at the duty desk at Long and Foster Deep Creek office and the current temperature is a balmy 60 degrees. They are skiing in tee shirts at the Wisp Resort today. The good news is that we have plenty of snow on the slopes and expect the weather to turn back to more seasonable winter conditions later tonight. Well we just recently got the year end figures from MRIS and things are really looking pretty good when compared to many markets around the region. The total dollar volume for the county was down in 2008 by 19.7% over 2007 with the average sales pricing dipping slightly by 6.35% over 2007.
