Yes Mortgage Rates are at RECORD LOWS below 3%, yet you are short of the cash for your Down Payment. Well, if you are you short on cash for your down payment and thinking of Multi Generation Home with a Guest house what can you do? This is a great way and strategy to reunite families on a larger estate. Check in with Mom and Dad, they may love the idea of living in the casita yet being close to you and the grandkids and better yet....THEY HAVE CASH! A win win situation!

However Buyers may "WANT" other things some of which are nice but not always necessary. Let me explain.
