In Arizona our interpretation of a bad weather day is different than the East. Take this as an example, "I never saw it this bad!" It must have rained last night, I think, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Signs were puddles in the streets this morning . Either rain or crazy out of control sprinkler heads.
