There are homes with guest houses and then there are homes with GUEST HOUSES! In some cases the guest house or casita is nicer than many ordinary homes, in other words SUPER or Amazing. How about a "Granny Pod" in the backyard for aging parents with built in medical and security features? This is a newer way to have independence for parents or loved ones while keeping them close with ability to join in family functions.
