Are you looking for a bargain home? Trying to find an inexpensive almost cheap and affordable single family home in the Phoenix Arizona metro area within 35 miles commute distance is not easy. These closer in to Phoenix homes have shopping, freeways, employment, entertainment and they are not in the DEEP perimeter cities of Buckeye, Maricopa, San Tan Valley which can have 50+ miles from downtown...sometimes just too far to commute each day. The Phoenix metro makes up Maricopa County, but the perimeter cities have longer commutes unless you live near where you work.
