Just moved in to your new home? What is the first step in landscaping? Get your garden gnome buddies together (Courtesy PINTEREST) and ponder. The landscaping needs something. But what? Shall I head to Home Depot and start buying shrubs and drip irrigation? Maybe I should map out a new retaining wall or put in a pond or af fountain? What is the very first thing that I should do? What will make it special? House Logic says, DO NOTHING!

How about some 3-D art or murals on floors, walls or even the garage door to increase interest in your home. Maybe a 3D mural will make a possible buyer stop and say, "What an interesting home, is this for sale?"
I guaranee that this mural will get someone to notice your home or should I say hangar? Have a large wall in a dark room, create your own window with paint
