liquids price per gallon: Maybe Price/Gallon for Gas is too Low at $6?

Maybe the national price of GASOLINE at $6/gallon is too low? Maybe not... but how about comparing gasoline in liguid form to other competitive types of liquids that also have to be processed/refined? We think of gas prices as being high, but are they really high when compared to other liquids that we commonly buy which are REALLY HIGH? liquids price per gallon: Price/SF...OK...but Liquids Price/Gallon? Not So Much!

OK, we are REALTORS® and we know the home prices per square foot and how they differ between cities, view lots, condo vs detached homes in our area. A home value is almost a subjective thing. Yes, we look at construction costs but often it is the view lot or land cost in a particular part of town or the level of upgrades that really determines the price/sf.
BUT how are you at determining how various liquids that we buy everday are priced per Gallon? Could be a fun little quiz for your clients or family....Read on...
