listing descriptions: Is there an MLS box to check for "Artsy Bungalow"?

Sometimes, accurate descriptions can be a bit subjective and there is not the right box to "check" when filling out the MLS listing for a REALTOR®. What is an "artsy bungalow" after all. If you saw one would you recognize it?
How about these other descriptions with no MLS box that is available. What do you think of when you read "craftsman styled home" or "updated tub enclosure" or "wood floors" or 'energy efficient clothes dryer"? What is a safety approved furnace and how do you imagine those descriptions?
