The average sold or selling price in May 2018 for residential homes in Scottsdale (detached, townhomes, patio homes and condos combined) was $590K. This average sold price increased from $534K from the previous year or a 10.5% increase. Of the sales 61% were single family detached homes with the rest being primarily townhomes, patio homes and condos.Average price/sf in the 10 Scottsdale zip codes ranged from $219/sf to $307/sf (see the following chart).
