OK you have been looking at homes of your dreams online and see the homes you like have multiple offers that are going to other buyers that have a larger down payment than you have. You ask the question, What can I do to get a larger down payment to buy a home?

Sometimes it is difficult to find a home these days in Phoenix. The less than $300,000 homes are flying, here in the Phoenix metro with multiple offers and then there is the difficult to get DOWN PAYMENT. After a all one needs a 20% down payment to avoid paying private mortgage insurance also known as PMI. Prices are rising which means down payments are also rising The less than $400,000 homes are flying with multiple offers, here today and gone tomorrow. Yes Mortgage Rates are at RECORD LOWS below 3%, yet you are short of the cash for your Down Payment. Well, if you are you short on cash for your down payment and thinking of Multi Generation Home with a Guest house what can you do? This is a great way and strategy to reunite families on a larger estate.
