Have you noticed? There are now more homes for sale in the Phoenix metro market (about 60 miles radius in Maricopa and parts of Pinal County). As a matter of fact there were 11,307 single family detached homes on the market today within 60 miles of Phoenix. Only 2 months ago there were half this many homes for sale. This is a significant change. Accordingly, home prices increases have slowed and in some cases starting to drop. Homes are not selling in 3 days as was happening for much of 2021 and 2022.
