Is a "natural growth" roof a selling point for listing a home for sale? How does one create the perfect listing description? Well, accuracy is a must. Using accuracy to describe the selling features of the home.
Sometimes, accurate descriptions can be a bit subjective though. What is an "artsy bungalow" after all. What do you think of when you read "craftsman styled home" or "updated tub enclosure" or "wood floors" or 'energy efficient clothes dryer"? What is a safety approved furnace and how do you imagine those descriptions?

How Looooow will they go? When speaking of mortgage rates they are near record lows right now but they may be poised to go even lower this year.
