Is a "natural growth" roof a selling point for listing a home for sale? Well it seems to be a selling point here in the following humorous video example the Natural Growth Roof is described in comparison to the normal shingle, tile, metal or foam roofs that we commonly see.

Is a "natural growth" roof a selling point for listing a home for sale? How does one create the perfect listing description? Well, accuracy is a must. Using accuracy to describe the selling features of the home.
 
Sometimes, accurate descriptions can be a bit subjective though. What is an "artsy bungalow" after all. What do you think of when you read "craftsman styled home" or  "updated tub enclosure" or  "wood floors" or 'energy efficient clothes dryer"? What is a safety approved furnace and how do you imagine those descriptions?
 
How would you describe this house accurately and make it sound appealing?

We have all heard these "Overused Real Estate Terms" before. Yes, some have "gotta go" while others, I have to admit, I still kind of like.
 
Yes, some of these words and phrases sounded cool back in the day… but they may have lost their original zing in today's world of real estate.
 
Here are the 25 most overused terms used in the real estate industry, per some common lists, with my  personal comments on each.
 
1. “Will not last” -  maybe the listing agent should remove that comment from the MLS listing description after day 248 on the market?
