sellers market: Phoenix Metro Arizona Buyer's Market Incentives for Real Estate

In the Phoenix Arizona metro area, the current supply of homes is up by 3 times and home prices have dropped from the June 2022 in the Seller's Market and we are now in a Buyer's Market. What does a Buyer's Market mean? Buyers are no longer experiencing multiple offers on homes the first week on the market. Buyers can now expect to make offers and ask for basic repairs an other seller paid for incentives such as the following. sellers market: Trademark of an OPTIMISTIC Realtor?

We all want to be optimistic and glass is half full type of people don't we? As a REALTOR® we can be in a situation where the hopes in a hot Seller's market can be bleak for getting a home of our Buyer client's dreams. I submitted a contract for a client last week on a modest home that had multiple offers (in fact there were 29+ offers)! Well Erica Sweeney of Realtor.com reports on August 29, 2021 that there are 3 things that Sellers hould be aware of and to consider to protect themselves.
