Just as Selling a home at the lowest commission is not what a Seller should be looking for. Selling a home at the best price with the most dollars in their pocket at close of escrow is the real issue.

Forcing a buyer to enter your front door by first walking up your driveway is harsh! The driveway entrance says, go away, this is not a friendly home.
Even with a nice home, forcing a visitor to front door through the driveway says "Go Away"
