Not a damn thing in my humble opinion!  What's wrong with Sandy Springs, Georgia? Absolutely nothing!  I have lived in Sandy Springs for nearly 23 years and don't understand the reluctance some homebuyers have with moving into this city.  Sandy Springs has been one of the most, if not the most successful at a transition to cityhood.  Let me point out some of the great things about living here:

I represent Buyers, Sellers and Investors in the Executive Communities of North Atlanta.  I would like to share with you the current real estate trends for the Dunwoody-Sandy Springs market area as recently published by FMLS, Georgia.  These numbers include the City of Dunwoody in Dekalb County and the Dunwoody panhandle of the City of Sandy Springs in Fulton County Georgia.

Experience the entertainment of yesteryear on Sept. 14 and 15 at Heritage Day/Hoe Down at the Mill at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center in Johns Creek.
 
Friday, Sept. 14, will feature a Hoe Down dance from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with music, trivia, attractions, and guided twilight tours of the heritage buildings at Autrey Mill. Then on Saturday, Sept. 15, Autrey Mill celebrates Heritage Day, featuring gem and gold panning, a demonstration of toli, the Native American predecessor of lacrosse.

Moving and relocation for every member of the family can be, and usually is, an anxiety-ridden experience.  You are responsible for finding just the right house in just the right neighborhood in the most perfect community with a reasonable commute to the office.  For most, those challenges are monumental enough, but a relocating parent that has a child or children with Learning Disabilities faces challenges and responsibilities that can be overwhelming.
